Shamrock Club Pipe and Drum

Michael (Mic) Trenor, began his piping career under the tutelage of the late Robert Ryan, with the Shamrock Club pipes & Drums in 1980. P/M Trenor continued his piping studies under David Gettenby and David Day before moving to The Capitol City Pipes & Drums. With CCPD he Studied under the late Noel Slagle. Upon entering the competition ring he rose to become a grade I piper under the tutelage of Sandy Keith of Dunedien, FLA and “The Captain” Ken Eller of St. Catherines, ONT. Brief tours with various pipe bands and a former pipe major of The Capitol City Pipes & Drums, P/M Trenor returns to The Shamrock Club to continue its tradition as a driving force in the Central Ohio piping community.
